We’re changing how school administrators access their Blackboard courses.
New 2017/18 Blackboard modules
Tai LuongAll taught modules have been “created empty” for 2017/18 on Aston’s Blackboard VLE. In addition, instructors are now enrolled onto their respective modules by SITS. Blackboard Upgrade 2017
Our annual upgrade is scheduled to begin on 30 August 2017.
Blackboard Managed Hosting will begin work at 2100 BST, it will take up to fifteen hours to complete.
Issues accessing Blackboard this morning
You may have experienced issues accessing Blackboard this morning: A small number of clients are reporting intermittent connectivity issues to the AMS1 data center. The operations teams are actively investigating the reported issues. status.blackboard.com/services/blackboard-learn-data-centers/2017/04/19 The problems were fixed by lunchtime.
Blackboard Assignment Receipts: 24 March 2017
Today’s issues with email in Blackboard has meant that receipts for Blackboard assignments weren’t created.
