Blackboard has increased its requirements for Internet Explorer, and now only supports version 11 – the most recent version.
If you don’t know what version web browser you are using
You can find out the name and version number. If you click that link and the page looks broken or incomplete, you can assume you are using an older unsupported version of Internet Explorer
