We’re moving to Blackboard’s SaaS hosting which always runs the latest version, and doesn’t require any downtime when upgrades are installed.
Migrating to Blackboard’s SaaS hosting requires the live system to be taken offline to allow for materials to be moved, and testing to be conducted, before allowing people to log in on the new environment.
