Known Issue: Chrome and Firefox blocking Equella content

This primarily affects PDFs of book chapters scanned in by the library, but some courses will use Equella for other types of content. Both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are blocking access to content stored on Equella

Links from Blackboard to Equella are represented by this icon 

Google Chrome

The workaround is to click the shield icon  which appears to the right of your address bar, then click Load unsafe script

Mozilla Firefox

Click the shield icon in the toolbar
