The Courses and Organisations pages are blank

When using Safari, you may see blank pages where you’d expect to see your Courses and Organisations listed.

A bug in Blackboard means that if you have your zoom level in Safari set to a value lower than 100%, you won’t see courses or organisations listed on their respective pages.

Workaround

Set your browser to a zoom level at 100% or higher.

Using the keyboard

Press Command ⌘ + 0 to set the zoom to 100%.

Using the menus

Click the View menu, then click Actual Size.
