Early on Monday morning, Blackboard’s Managed Hosting applied a fix for the issue where some students couldn’t click on items in My Grades:
However, this looks to have caused more problems. As a result, students are reporting that the My Grades screen, accessed via the My Blackboard menu at the top right of the screen, is now blank.
We’re working with Blackboard to get this fixed.
This issue has been fixed by Blackboard. However, if you’re still having issues you will need to empty your browser’s cache.
