Incorrect Last Access Date

The last access date is not updating for all students.

The Grade Centre and Performance Dashboard show one date (or no date at all), but it is clear students have performed additional activities within the course.

The fix for this issue is available in the latest Blackboard, which we will upgrade to over the summer.
