Tests: Can’t navigate away from a grading attempt in the Grade Centre

Navigation buttons on the view attempt screen are not behaving as expected.

The Exit button performs no action, Submit brings up an error message, and you are unable to navigate to other attempts by the same student.

Blackboard are aware, and are working on a patch.
