Exact course copy does not include all course files

When using the exact course copy (eg to copy Adobe Presenter materials), files are missing in the destination course.

Related to this issue is where course copy will only copy a maximum of 100 files.

Blackboard are treating these as two separate issues. This is fixed in a future version of Blackboard.
