Adam MasseyWhen trying to submit work to a Blackboard assignment, an error is displayed and the work doesn’t submit.
Initial investigation suggests this is an issue with the receipt which Blackboard sends when you submit work. If you go back to the assignment and try to submit again, you should see your original submission.
We’re waiting on confirmation from Blackboard as to exactly what the situation is.
Note that this only affects Blackboard assignments, which are indicated by icon below. Turnitin assignments are not affected.
This error is as a result of a wider problem with email on Blackboard, and it error relates to the email failing, not the assignment failing to submit.
