Access denied shown on Admin screen

If you have the School Admin role, you will see an Access Denied message on the admin screen.

Ignore this error message. Blackboard is showing you the Cloud Management module, despite you having no permissions to do anything with it. You can still click Courses on the left to search and Quick Enrol as usual.
