We've not had official word from Managed Hosting, but it looks like access to Blackboard has been restored. @isa_helpdesk

Blackboard was unavailable again during the afternoon, with Blackboard Support announcing this was due to a DDOS attack.
The Amsterdam datacenter is currently under a DDOS volumetric attack. Approximately 50% of Learn clients affected. Working to correct now.

The DDOS attack that caused a service interruption in the Amsterdam datacenter between 2:02pm – 2:35pm CET has been resolved.
