Since the recent update to Blackboard the SignUp lists feature has not been working correctly. All existing lists can still be accessed for information purposes but no new lists can be created at this time.
As a short term work around you may wish to consider using a self enrolment group to allow students to “add themselves to a list”.
We are working to fix the problem and hope to have it resolved by the start of term September 2014.
This feature has now been updated and sign-up lists are working correctly.
The corresponding tutorials have also been updated.
