Unable to reorder content items in Firefox

Neither dragging a dropping a content item, nor using the reorder button, work using Mozilla Firefox. If you need to reorder items on a page, you will have to switch to another supported browser (Google Chrome, the new Microsoft Edge, or Safari on macOS).

Access denied shown on Admin screen

If you have the School Admin role, you will see an Access Denied message on the admin screen. Ignore this error message. Blackboard is showing you the Cloud Management module, despite you having no permissions to do anything with it. You can still click Courses on the left to search and Quick Enrol as usual.
