Our current version of Blackboard has a bug where permissions on the content collection (where a course’s files are stored) are not immediately given when you quick enrol.
If you encounter this error, the advice from Blackboard is to either
- Log out and back in again, or
- Wait approximately 15 minutes for the permissions to catch up
This is marked as fixed in a later version of Blackboard; The next time we upgrade will resolve this issue.
