Known Issue: Double spaced emails

When sending an announcement email or an email through the system with the new web text editor, the message received is double-spaced and isn’t formatted as it appeared in the web text editor before sending.

The email is still readable, and the announcement is formatted correctly when viewed in Blackboard.

This will be fixed in a future release.
